Catalyst Architects (www.catalystarch.com), is an award winning firm that has designed more than 175 houses in DeBordieu since 1988. The architectural fee, which is included in the project cost, includes site analysis of the selected property, properly positioning each house on the selected site, working with the owner to select the exterior colors, and oversight of ARB review process. The architects are available, for an additional fee, to study modification to the plans and participate in Construction Observation.
